What inspired you to launch your own website?
The awareness that many people can be helped through the written insights and experience that I have gained over 35 years of helping people through my social work and psychotherapy career has lead me to provide psychotherapy-center.com as a resource.

How did you decide on a name for your website?
The URL, www.psychotherapy-center.com, was chosen because it clearly stated the nature of the site. My name & professional credentials, Steve B. Reed, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, along with Dallas Counseling & Psychotherapy further express who I am, where I work and what I do to help people.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
As the developer of the REMAP process and Quick REMAP, two leading-edge treatment methods for easing the suffering of traumatic events, PTSD, anxiety attacks, phobias and traumatic grief, my site is the home of information regarding recent developments in those fields.
