When you were in college, did you ever experience mental anxiety or any mental health disorder (minor or major)? Well, studies show that the problem with mental health is greatly affecting college-aged adults extensively--to the tune of 50% of the entire population.
These disorders may come in different forms, but most prevalent among them is mental anxiety and depression. Sadly, only a quarter seek professional help.
