A good atmosphere must be created in the office, and it must always start with careful selection and precise thought. This is one of the most important factors of assured productivity and undoubtable progress is a most positive direction.
But, how friendly is it that one should really be willing to get with their boss as well as their colleagues, alike.
Should it be beyond office friends, or should it remain as just, simply work party friends. Going for after hour drinks, of course, is a must in many cases, but how much further should such a friendship go?
